Luoning County FAAP supporting the first needy middle-school student outside the CWI

CEO has extended the FAAP (Family Anew Apprenticeship Program) beyond the CWI (Children Welfare Institute) to cover the students in-need of all 18 villages within the county. They will be supported financially to continue their academic schooling, and provided by CEO with character educations to guide them to go for a positive and meaningful life journey.
